The mandate of the SIMAD iLab is to become the leading institute that guides and contributes to the development of Somalia’s primary development sectors i.e., the livestock, agriculture, and fishery through the introduction of student-initiated startups. The youth should drive the development of Somalia. This requires the contribution of experts in the respective fields that the institute aspires to innovate and contribute.
